Shipping policy
- Items are supplied unassembled unless assembly and installation is indicated.
- For palletised orders, where onsite forklift is not available, delivery is to kerbside only.
- An authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested.
- Tracking details will be provided when orders are despatched. No responsibility for lost or damaged goods will be accepted if goods are accepted as in good order and/or after two weeks from receipt of delivery.
- Discarding of pallet and packaging is the responsibility of the receiver.
- Our online shipping calculator provides the closest possible pricing for delivery to your given address. Unfortunately, there are some circumstances where our freight carriers need to charge additional fees or simply cannot deliver to.
In the case that there are issues with delivery to you we will contact you to discuss alternatives such as; the option of collecting from your nearest depot, an additional fee or a refund of the delivery fee for you to organise third party freight. We will always strive to work out the best solution for you to receive your new storage system, however are happy to offer a full refund in the extreme case where delivery is not possible.
- Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:
- where orders are redirected to an alternative address,
- where redelivery is required,
- where street or property access is limited.
- Some larger items may incur a ‘bulky or heavy item’ delivery charge. If our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge.
- Whilst every care will be taken when delivering and installing our products, liability will not be accepted for accidental damage to property.
